简介

MK3000酶联免疫分析仪（酶标仪），是对酶联免疫检测（EAL）实验结果进行读取和分析的专业仪器。酶联免疫反应通过偶联在抗原或抗体上的酶催化显色底物进行的，反应结果以颜色显示，通过吸光度值的大小就可以判断标本中待测抗体或抗原的浓度，吸光度，阴阳性等。

Introduction

MK3000 Microplate Reader is a professional instrument for reading and yzing the results of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(EAL).The enzyme-linked immunosorbent reaction is carried out by an enzyme-catalyzed chromogenic substrate coupled to an antigen or antibody. The reaction result is displayed in color. The concentration of the antibody or antigen to be tested in the sample can be judged by the absorbance value, absorbance, negative and positive,etc.
